Configuration
Configure AI Ticket Assistant to customize behavior, API settings, and response generation.
Accessing Settings
Navigate to System Settings → Addon Modules, find AI Ticket Assistant, and click Configure.
Required Settings
Gemini API Key
Your Google Gemini API key. Get one for free at Google AI Studio.
Optional Settings
Max Characters - Instructions Field
Maximum characters allowed in the instructions textarea.
Default: 1000 | Range: 100-5000
Max Characters - Context Field
Maximum characters allowed in the additional context textarea.
Default: 1000 | Range: 100-5000
Response Language
Choose the language for AI-generated responses. Set to "Auto-detect" to match the ticket language automatically.
Options: Auto-detect, English, Spanish, French, German, Italian, Portuguese, Dutch, Polish, Russian, Japanese, Chinese, Korean, Arabic, Hindi, Turkish, Swedish, Norwegian, Danish, Finnish
Max Output Tokens
Controls the maximum length of generated responses. Higher values allow longer responses but cost more API credits.
Default: 4096 | Range: 1024-8192
Enable Quick Reply Button
Show or hide the quick reply button (🪄) in the ticket view.
Default: Yes
Enable Context Reply Button
Show or hide the reply with context button (🪄⚙️) in the ticket view.
Default: Yes
